1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Roxerion website at roxerion.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Roxerion ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use our Service. If you are under 16, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. In the United States, users must be at least 13 years old in accordance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below these age thresholds.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• You may not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• You can delete your account at any time via Account Settings

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, share, or distribute malicious code, malware, or scripts designed to harm users or systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Circumvent or disable any security features of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission
• Impersonate other users or entities

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any scripts and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content through the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload any content you submit, and that such content does not violate any third party's intellectual property rights or other rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

6. Obfuscation Service (RoxGuard)

Our obfuscation service ("RoxGuard") is provided as-is. You are solely responsible for the code you submit for obfuscation. We do not review or audit the code you submit.

• You must only obfuscate code that you own or have the right to modify
• We make no guarantees about the security or unbreakability of the obfuscation
• Free obfuscation may include a watermark notification; premium obfuscation removes it
• We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of obfuscated code

7. Monetization & Key System

Access to certain features may require completing tasks through third-party services (such as Work.ink). You acknowledge that these third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by Roxerion and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

Scripts and content available through our platform may be owned by their respective authors or third parties. We do not claim ownership over third-party content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROXERION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roxerion from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your Account Settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
